Jane and Andrea are twin sisters, but Jane is worried that her husband is seeing another woman and has also been told by the doctor that she has to lose weight. She asks Andrea to help her. Added to this, Jane does not like her daughter's choice of boyfriend and their relationship is strained as her daughter is not happy with Jane and Andrea's antics at the gym where she works. Jane's older sister Nikki has had a few problems of her own. Between them they are working it out.
